What to contact us about
Reach out for questions about your account, a specific Quest, payments, identity verification, or a trust and safety concern. We usually reply within one to two business days.
Policies and safety
Review the pages that explain how SideQuests works, how payments are handled, and what work is allowed. The exact address of a Quest is only revealed to an approved Quester.
Payments are processed by Stripe. The poster authorizes the Quest reward plus the service fee at posting, and the full estimated total is shown before authorization. The Quester receives the listed Quest reward, and payment is captured according to the existing completion flow. Card details never touch the SideQuests servers.
